Our investment strategy is to create companies that create income. Our goal is to create companies that have income so we can pay monthly income out to our investors. We are a yield-oriented management team. This means that we seek out investments that will pay our investors income. This company seeks to achieve returns from current income and capital gains from junior subordinated and mezzanine debt, as well as preferred stock, representing controlled investment that we make in connection with buyouts and recapitalizations of small and mid-sized companies generating monthly dividends to the shareholder.
